针对工业底层复杂过程难以进行数学建模导致控制品质差的现状,探讨了一种仿人智能的多模态控制策略。基于对复杂过程的控制论特性分析,剖析了复杂控制过程中存在的控制难题,对控制策略进行比较研究,提出基于多模态控制的仿人智能策略,对底层控制级构造了多模态控制算法。以工业燃气加热炉燃烧过程控制为例,对其过程进行仿真对比实验,良好的响应特性及强鲁棒性显示,该控制策略具有良好的动/静态控制品质。研究表明,提出的控制策略合理可用。
In view of the fact that the complex process of industrial bottom is difficult to be mathematically modeled and the quality of control is poor, a multi-modal control strategy of humanoid intelligence is discussed. Based on the analysis of the cybernetics characteristics of complex processes, the control problems in complex control process are analyzed. The control strategies are compared and the artificial intelligence strategy based on multi-modal control is proposed. The multi-modal control algorithm. Take the combustion process control of industrial gas furnace as an example, the simulation experiment of the process, good response characteristics and strong robustness show that the control strategy has good dynamic / static control quality. The research shows that the proposed control strategy is reasonable and available.
