作为国家现代企业制度改革的主要载体,国有企业在围绕结合企业经济工作搞好党建工作方面进行了卓有成效的探索,形成了具有若干鲜明工业特点的企业党建工作经验与做法。但是,随着社会主义市场经济的逐步确立和国有企业的进一步深化改革,国有企业的市场主体地位也随之逐步确立,使党建工作面临许多新的挑战。本文根据现代企业制度的特点,从明确国有企业党组织的功能定位,探索建立适应现代企业制度特点的领导方式和提高领导水平等几个方面对国有企业党建工作进行了论述。
As the main carrier of the reform of the state’s modern enterprise system, state-owned enterprises have conducted fruitful explorations on the party building work in keeping with the economic work of the enterprises and have formed the party’s experience in party building with a number of distinctive industrial features. However, with the gradual establishment of a socialist market economy and the further deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises, the status of market entities in state-owned enterprises has also gradually been established and many new challenges have been confronted with party building. Based on the characteristics of the modern enterprise system, this paper discusses the party construction in state-owned enterprises from several aspects such as clarifying the functional orientation of the party organizations in state-owned enterprises, exploring ways to establish leadership styles that adapt to the characteristics of the modern enterprise system and improving leadership.
