本文提出一种表面温度计的新设计原理。它的基本原理仍然是依据普朗克定律。但是,它完全改善了现有多数类型表面温度计(光学高温计、光电高温计、双色高温计、红外温度计等)受物体发射本领的影响。这种温度计从设计原理上看,可以不因物体表面发射本领的变化而影响表面真实温度的测量。因为可以直接确定被测物体的表面发射本领ε_λ值,来参与运算器的运算。文中推导了此种表面温度计的原理公式,并阐述了设计思想。
This paper presents a new design principle of the surface thermometer. Its basic principle is still based on Planck’s law. However, it completely improves the impact of most existing types of surface thermometers (optical pyrometers, pyrometers, two-color pyrometers, infrared thermometers, etc.) on the launch capability of the object. This thermometer from the design principle point of view, can not change the surface emission due to the impact of the real surface temperature measurement. Because it can directly determine the measured surface emissivity ε_λ value to participate in the operation of the computing unit. The principle formula of this kind of surface thermometer is deduced in this paper, and the design idea is expounded.
