新疆克拉玛依油田自1958年建成全国第一条输油管道以来,至今又相继建成了24条8种规格、总长达2000km的输油管道。在40年的输油管道管理工作中,在管道的设计、施工和运行等各方面积累了丰富的经验。实践表明,输油管道的管理并非只是运行部门的课题,因为管道的经济效益受到设备的质量、设计、运行工艺、施工质量和运行管理等诸多因素的制约。所以,做好上述各个环节的管理工作,将管道的优化管理意识贯穿于管道设计构思、投产运行直至报废的全过程,才能发挥其优势,产生最佳经济效益。
