For a business organization, executive power by the rigorous, serious dedication, intelligence, clear goals and a good learning and motivation composition. The middle-level cadres play an important role in the development of the enterprise. They can manage the lower-level staff as well as assist the upper-level managers in enterprise project development and decision-making. Moreover, to enhance middle-level cadre execution can we cultivate middle-level management personnel and maintain the orderly development of enterprise organization.
