回顾了相干反斯托克斯拉曼散射(CARS)显微成像技术的理论和技术的发展,介绍和比较了CARS显微成像技术对抽运光源的要求,以及典型的CARS显微成像系统。对CARS显微成像技术中无法避免的最重要的非共振背景噪声问题做了详细的分析,对不同的抑制非共振背景噪声的方法进行了比较和讨论,对CARS显微成像技术目前存在的问题和可能解决途径进行了简要的分析。
The development of the theory and technology of coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering (CARS) microscopy is reviewed. The requirements of the CARS microscopy for pumping light source and the typical CARS microscopy system are introduced and compared. The most important non-resonant background noise problems that can not be avoided in CARS microscopy are analyzed in detail. Different methods to suppress non-resonant background noise are compared and discussed. The current problems of CARS microscopy are discussed And possible solutions to a brief analysis.
