泛素结合酶E2C与肿瘤的关系研究进展

越来越多的证据提示肿瘤细胞内紊乱的泛素化过程调控了肿瘤的发生发展。泛素结合酶E2C( ubiquitin-conjugating enzymeE2C, UBE2C)是泛素结合酶家族的重要成员,是细胞有丝分裂中期向后期转变的关键调节分子。近年来, UBE2 C与肿瘤的关系研究较多,文中就该分子在肿瘤中的表达情况、对肿瘤发生发展的影响及内在机制的研究现状作一综述。
