盾构的施工效率不仅直接关系到工程的施工进度,还与工程成本、质量和安全都有密切的联系。为了提高盾构施工效率,节约成本,确保盾构掘进过程中的质量安全。本文依托武汉地铁4号线泥水平衡盾构隧道工程实例,收集整理了越江段的工程概况和掘进参数数据,通过对盾构施工效率从不同角度的定义和计算,运用SPSS统计软件进行盾构掘进效率的参数影响因素分析,并讨论盾构掘进效率对各个参数变化的敏感程度,通过对比分析,研究盾构总施工效率低下的原因,找出影响盾构施工效率的关键因素并对施工过程中盾构掘进参数的控制提出合理建议。
