本文采用以改进型Powell法为基础的有约束参数优化方法研究静电透镜的设计。对优化中关键的场计算问题采用数值计算和近似解析解结合的方法解决。编制了一套优化计算程序并实际优化设计了一种四电极透镜,在最大电压比不超过10的条件下得到C_e/F≤0.45、C_N/F≤1.84,结果表明优化速度大大提高,优化结果理想而得到的结构非常简单,具有实用意义。此方法特别适用于实用多电极透镜的设计。
In this paper, the modified Powell method based on the constrained parameter optimization method of electrostatic lens design. The calculation of the key field in optimization is solved by the combination of numerical calculation and approximate analytical solution. A set of optimization calculation program was designed and a four-electrode lens was actually optimized. C_e / F≤0.45 and C_N / F≤1.84 were obtained under the conditions of the maximum voltage ratio less than 10. The results show that the optimization speed is greatly improved, and the optimization result The ideal and the resulting structure is very simple and practical. This method is particularly suitable for practical multi-electrode lens design.
