时代变革的今天,单一的人事管理已不适应市场经济体制发展。机关事业单位评聘职称的时代已被职级制所取代。档案人员也正遭遇着职级制的冲击。职级就是一定职务层次所对应的级别。职级是体现职务、能力、业绩、资历的综合指标,同时也是在一定历史条件下员工薪资待遇及其他待遇的给付依据。职级是对不同类别职务进行平衡比较的统一标尺,它将工作内容、难易程度、责任大小、所需资格皆很相似的职位实行同样的管理与报酬,这是分类结构中最重要的概念。
