流行性腮腺炎(简称流腮)是腮腺炎病毒引起的常见传染病,易感性较强,其并发症有逐年增多趋势。1996年9月至2002年9月,本院门诊诊治和收治住院的流行性腮腺炎患儿共390例,其中有心肌损害患儿31例,现分析介绍如下。一、一般资料本组病人390例均系1996年9月至2002年9月本院门诊诊治和收治住院的病人,均符合《实用儿科学》临床诊断标准。其中门诊病人125例(32.8%),为症状较轻,或患儿家属拒绝住院患儿;住院病人262例(67.2%)。有心肌损害 Mumps (mumps) is a common infectious disease caused by mumps virus, with high susceptibility and its complications increasing year by year.
