目的:对10批不同来源的蟾皮药材进行比较分析,建立蟾皮药材的指纹图谱,为其质量控制和药材鉴别提供依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法进行检测,通过计算机辅助相似性评价系统对HPLC指纹图谱进行处理和分析,结合相似度计算对药材进行比较。结果:①建立了蟾皮药材HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,确定了29个峰构成蟾皮药材的指纹特征,其中9个吸收峰与已知9种蟾毒配基类标准品相对应;②10个不同来源的蟾皮药材相对保留时间相似度较高,均在0.99以上,但其相对峰面积相似度较低。结论:①该方法准确可靠、重复性好,其指纹图谱可用于蟾皮的鉴别和质量控制;②不同产地蟾皮药材在主要成分的构成上基本稳定,但各成分的含量却不尽相同。
OBJECTIVE: To compare and analyze 10 batches of toad skin medicinal materials from different origins, establish the fingerprints of toad skin medicinal materials, and provide the basis for its quality control and medicinal materials identification. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used for detection. HPLC fingerprint was processed and analyzed by computer-assisted similarity evaluation system, and the medicinal materials were compared with similarity calculation. Results: ①The fingerprint pattern of toad skin medicinal materials was established, and the fingerprints of 29 toad skin medicinal materials were identified. Among them, 9 were corresponding to 9 kinds of bufadrin standard. ②10 different The relative similarity of retention time of the toad skin herbs was higher than 0.99, but the similarity of the relative peak area was low. Conclusion: ①The method is accurate and reproducible, and its fingerprint can be used for the identification and quality control of toad skin. ② The ingredients of toad skin from different areas are basically stable, but the content of each component is not the same.
