大学生村官2008年正式实践于我国,相对来说起步的比较晚。但是其工作计划一直受到了党中央以及国务院高度重视和大力的支持,目前正逐步成为一种全国性的完善农村基层治理结构的制度安排,所以近几年来发展十分迅速。它不仅开辟了大学生就业的新渠道,也提升了基层治理能力,提高了农村工作效能。目前我国大学生村官计划的实施取得了显著成效,但同时也存在一些需要解决的问题,如大学生思想不稳定、难以融入农村、专业不对口等。本文通过具体阐述大学生村官选聘工作的流程及目前存在的实践困境,分析存在这些问题的原因,并尝试提出解决对策。
College student village official formal practice in 2008 in our country, relatively speaking, started relatively late. However, its work plan has been highly valued and vigorously supported by the Party Central Committee and the State Council. It is now gradually becoming a nationwide institutional arrangement for improving the governance structure at the grassroots level in rural areas and has therefore developed rapidly in recent years. It not only opens up new channels for employment of university graduates, but also enhances grassroots governance capabilities and improves rural work efficiency. At present, the implementation of the program of college graduate village in our country has achieved remarkable results, but there are also some problems that need to be solved at the same time, such as the instability of college students, difficulty in integrating into the countryside and the lack of professionalism. This paper analyzes the reasons for the existence of these problems by elaborating on the process of selecting and hiring college and university village officials and the existing practical difficulties, and attempts to propose solutions.
