目的:研究镇痛散的部分药效学。方法:通过热板镇痛实验、扭体实验和耳肿胀实验,研究镇痛散的镇痛及抗炎作用。结果:实验表明镇痛散能延长小鼠的痛阈值,减少小鼠的扭体次数,抑制小鼠耳肿胀度。结论:镇痛散具有镇痛和抗炎作用。 Objective: To study the pharmacodynamics of analgesic powder. Methods: The analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of analgesic powder were studied by hot plate analgesia test, writhing test and ear swelling test. Results: Experiments show that analgesic powder can prolong the pain threshold in mice, reducing the number of writhing in mice, inhibiting mouse ear swelling. Conclusion: Analgesic powder has analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
