一、引进结构的合理化引进结构是技术引进体系中的一个重要问题。引进结构指的是不同类型的技术引进之间质的组合与量的比例关系。合理的引进结构,能够保证与促进利用技术引进的企业内部各个方面的协调发展;调整引进结构是调整技术引进企业及其结构的重要方面。引进结构的合理化,是企业结构合理化的重要保障。各种类型的技术引进之间的质的组合与量的比例关系,安排的较为合理,就能够保证各种类型的技术引进之间的协调发展;反之,就会阻碍发展。不考虑时间、地点和条件,盲目引进最先进的技术,排斥中间技术,引进的层次结构不合理,必然会影响技术引进开发的成效。合理的引进结构,有利于充分利用企业及所在的地区的自然资源。自然资源包括土地、矿藏、森林、劳动力等物力、人力资源。自然资源的充分利用有赖于合理的引进结构,在引进知识密集型技术的同时,合理引进劳动密集型技术,就有助于充分利用丰富的劳动力资源。
I. Rationalization of the Imported Structure The imported structure is an important issue in the technology introduction system. The introduction of the structure refers to the proportional relationship between the quality and quantity of different types of technology introduction. A reasonable introduction structure can ensure the coordinated development of all aspects of the enterprise that promote the use of technology introduction; adjusting the introduction structure is an important aspect of adjusting the technology introduction enterprise and its structure. The rationalization of the imported structure is an important guarantee for the rationalization of the corporate structure. The proportional relationship between the qualitative combination and quantity of various types of technology introduction and the reasonable arrangement can guarantee the coordinated development of various types of technology introduction; otherwise, it will hinder development. Regardless of the time, location and conditions, blindly introducing the most advanced technology, excluding intermediate technologies, and introducing unreasonable hierarchical structure will inevitably affect the effectiveness of technology introduction and development. A reasonable introduction of structures will help make full use of the natural resources of the company and the region in which it is located. Natural resources include physical and human resources such as land, mineral resources, forests, and labor. The full use of natural resources depends on a rational introduction structure. The introduction of knowledge-intensive technologies and the rational introduction of labor-intensive technologies will help to make full use of the abundant labor resources.
