目的总结和分析四川省安县1950-2013年疟疾防治对策和取得的效果,为今后巩固防治成果提供科学依据。方法收集安县不同年代和不同发病时期所采取的对策、措施和发病情况进行回顾性分析。结果经过64年的科学防治,安县疟疾报告发病率从132.6/万降至1992年的1.0/万以下,从2001年起已无当地感染的内源性病例,2002年达到卫生部颁布的基本消灭疟疾标准,2013年又通过了消除疟疾考核评估。结论 1950-2013年安县在不同的阶段实施的疟疾防治策略和综合抗疟措施有效。今后加强流动人口监测,及时处置输入病例是巩固防治成果的关键。
Objective To summarize and analyze the malaria control measures and the results obtained in 1950- 2013 in An County, Sichuan Province, and to provide a scientific basis for consolidating the prevention and treatment results in the future. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the countermeasures, measures and incidence of different age and different stages of disease in Anxian County. Results After 64 years of scientific prevention and control, the incidence of malaria in An County dropped from 132.6 / million to less than 1.0 / 10,000 in 1992, and no endogenously infected endogenous cases have been found since 2001. In 2002, the incidence of malaria in An County was basically eliminated Malaria standards, passed the malaria assessment assessment in 2013. Conclusion The malaria prevention and control strategies and comprehensive malaria control measures implemented in different stages during 1950-2013 in An County were effective. In the future, strengthening the monitoring of floating population and timely treatment of imported cases are the keys to consolidating the results of prevention and treatment.
