针对白光LED光源对视功能影响进行医学实验研究,对不同照度下的各组大鼠视网膜电图进行检测,并比较不同光源照度对典型视网膜电图数据特征指标的影响。相对于正常对照组,300lux照度的白光LED光源照射下,大鼠视网膜电图数据基本无异常,个别特征出现差异趋势;1 000lux照度的白光LED光源照射下,鼠视网膜电图数据异常,个别特征出现明显差异,因此,可以初步确定白光LED光源的安全阈值照度为300lux,LED光源照射下视网膜安全性的实验研究将为其进入室内照明应用提供理论基础。
Aiming at the effect of white LED light source on the visual function, medical experiments were conducted to study the electroretinograms of rats in different illumination. The effects of different illuminance on the characteristic indexes of typical electroretinograms were compared. Compared with the normal control group, the data of electroretinogram of rats were almost normal without any abnormality under the irradiation of 300 lux illuminating white LED light source, and the individual characteristics tended to be different. Under the irradiation of 1 000 lux white LED light source, the data of electroretinogram were abnormal and some features Therefore, the safe threshold illumination of white LED light source can be preliminarily determined to be 300 lux. The experimental study of retinal safety under the illumination of LED light source will provide a theoretical basis for its application in indoor lighting.
