目的:应用自动滴定仪联用激光粒度仪的方法考察不同表面活性剂的品种、用量对中药芳香水增溶的影响。方法:分别选取聚氧乙烯(35)蓖麻油(EL-35),聚乙二醇15-羟基硬脂酸酯(Solutol HS15),聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯(Tween-80),泊洛沙姆188(PL-188)和EL-35/丙二醇混合液的水溶液为滴定液,用马尔文MPT-2自动滴定仪对中药芳香水进行滴定,同时联用Nano-ZS激光粒度仪测定含有不同浓度表面活性剂的中药芳香水的平均粒径和Zeta电位。结果:EL-35对中药芳香水的增溶效果最好,其次为Solutol HS15,Tween-80;PL-188不适用于中药芳香水的增溶。结论:采用自动滴定仪联用激光粒径仪考察表面活性剂对中药芳香水的增溶效果是一种新颖、简便的方法,可为中药芳香水或挥发油的增溶剂筛选提供新的思路与方法。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of different surfactants on the solubilization of aromatic water by using automatic titrator and laser particle sizer. Methods: EL-35, Solutol HS15, Tween-80, The aqueous solution of poloxamer 188 (PL-188) and EL-35 / propylene glycol was titrated with a Malvern MPT-2 autotitrator for the titration of Chinese herbal fragrance water and simultaneously measured with a Nano-ZS laser particle size analyzer The average particle size and Zeta potential of the Chinese herbal aroma water containing different concentrations of surfactants. Results: EL-35 had the best solubilization effect on Chinese herbal aroma water, followed by Solutol HS15 and Tween-80. PL-188 was not suitable for the solubilization of Chinese herbal aromatic water. Conclusion: It is a new and simple method to investigate the solubilization effect of surfactant on aromatic water by Chinese traditional medicine with automatic titrator and laser particle size analyzer. It can provide new ideas and methods for the screening of solubilizer of Chinese traditional medicine aromatic water or volatile oil .
