结合工程实际,在小导管难以成孔的砾岩层中采用自进式中空注浆锚杆进行施工。锚杆打设机具根据工程经验选用YT28气腿式凿岩机;通过试验对比的方法确定锚杆的最佳管径、壁厚及打设长度;注浆浆液选用水泥水玻璃。根据最终效果比对及沉降量分析验证了各项试验参数的合理性,为同类施工项目施工提供了参考依据。
According to the engineering practice, the self-propelled hollow grouting bolt is used in the construction of conglomerate rock which is difficult to be made into a small pipe. According to the engineering experience, the machine is equipped with YT28 air-legged rock drill; the best pipe diameter, wall thickness and laying length of the anchor rod are determined by the method of comparison; the cement grout is made of cement water glass. According to the final result comparison and settlement analysis, the rationality of each test parameter is verified, which provides a reference for the construction of similar construction projects.
