利用EDAX9100型能谱分析仪,研究了GCr15轴承钢合金元素的溶解与析出规律,在此基础上改进了周期球化退火工艺,并将该工艺与传统的等温球化退火、周期球化退火工艺进行了对比分析。试验结果表明,改进周期球化退火工艺后,GCr15轴承钢显微组织级别、碳化物网状级别、布氏硬度能更好地满足GB/T 18254—2002《高碳铬轴承钢》退火要求。
