目的研究慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(chronic nobacterial prostatitis,CNP)大鼠前列腺组织中TGF-β1、CTGF的表达情况,对CNP及其纤维化的发病机制做出初步的探讨。方法将45只老龄SD大鼠随机分为CNP模型组、CNP+盐酸青藤碱治疗组和正常对照组。采用免疫组化检查TGF-β1、CTGF的表达情况。结果(1)所建大鼠模型的病理及病理生理学改变符合CNP的特点;(2)CNP模型组TGF-β1、CTGF表达强度显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01);(3)CNP+盐酸青藤碱治疗组TGF-β1、CTGF表达与模型组相比有显著差异(P<0.01);(4)CNP模型组大鼠TGF-β1、CTGF表达比较呈显著正相关(r=0.99,P<0.01)。结论TGF-β1、CTGF可能参与了CNP及其纤维化发病过程。青藤碱可能是临床治疗CNP的一种新的选择,对于慢性前列腺炎纤维化有预防意义。
Objective To study the expression of TGF-β1 and CTGF in the prostatic tissue of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis (CNP) rats and to explore the pathogenesis of CNP and its fibrosis. Methods 45 aged SD rats were randomly divided into CNP model group, CNP + sinomenine treatment group and normal control group. Immunohistochemistry was used to examine the expression of TGF-β1 and CTGF. (2) The expression of TGF-β1 and CTGF in CNP model group was significantly higher than that in normal control group (P <0.01); (3) The CNP + The expression of TGF-β1 and CTGF in sinomenine group was significantly higher than that in model group (P <0.01). (4) The expression of TGF-β1 and CTGF in CNP model group was significantly positively correlated (r = 0.99, P <0.01). Conclusion TGF-β1 and CTGF may participate in the pathogenesis of CNP and its fibrosis. Sinomenine may be a new alternative for the clinical treatment of CNP, which is of preventive significance for chronic prostatitis fibrosis.
