落地生根叶提取物的抗炎活性

落地生根Bryophyllum pinnatum为印度传统药物,用于治疗挫伤、外伤、疖和虫咬伤等。曾有报导落地生根具有抗真菌和抗菌作用。作者用落地生根叶甲醇提取物(收率2.6%)观察其抗炎活性。将鲜绿叶切碎、甲醇浸渍,除去溶媒、磨碎残渣,继用热石油醚(60~80℃)提取,除去溶媒,残渣用热氯仿(61℃)提取,蒸去氯仿,将残渣溶于甲醇,再除去甲醇,得到一种黑褐色无定形固体,于4℃保存,实验前将其溶于154μmol/L NaC1水溶液中。提取物(ip 100mg/kg)能抑制角叉菜引起的大鼠炎症,抑制率在53.65%;提取物300mg/kg抑制率为87.80%,明显强于保泰松(剂量100mg/kg抑制率为65.85%)。大鼠切除肾上腺素后对提取物(剂量300mg/kg) Bryophyllum pinnatum rooted in India is a traditional Indian medicine for the treatment of contusions, trauma, lice and insect bites. It has been reported that rooting has antifungal and antibacterial effects. The authors observed the anti-inflammatory activity of the methanol extract of the rooting leaf (yield 2.6%). The fresh green leaves were chopped and impregnated with methanol, and the solvent and ground residue were removed, followed by extraction with hot petroleum ether (60-80°C) to remove the solvent, the residue was extracted with hot chloroform (61°C), chloroform was evaporated, and the residue was dissolved Methanol and methanol were removed to obtain a dark brown amorphous solid, which was stored at 4°C and dissolved in 154 μmol/L aqueous NaC1 solution before the experiment. The extract (ip 100mg/kg) can inhibit the inflammation of rats caused by chondrus, the inhibition rate is 53.65%; the inhibition rate of extract 300mg/kg is 87.80%, which is obviously stronger than that of phenylbutazone (100mg/kg inhibition rate) 65.85%).
