目的:探讨用反相气相色谱法(IGC)测定补阳还五汤中阿魏酸的溶度参数的方法评价。方法:将样品均匀地涂布在惰性担体表面上,以N2气体作为载气,以不同极性的溶剂异丙醇、甲苯、苯、丙酮、氯仿作为探针,热传导检测器检测器温度150℃,气化室温度120℃,采用类似顶空进样方式,取其上空气体1μL进GC测量,测试空气和探针分子在色谱柱内的保留时间t_0、t_R,气体流量F和气相的压力差P_i-P_0等参数结果。结果:根据IGC方法所测到不同探针分子的t_0、t_R、F、P_i-P_0等参数,得出阿魏酸的溶度参数为(24.17±1.30)(J/cm3)1/2,文献值为23.53(J/cm3)1/2,相关系数0.9902。结论:IGC法地测定阿魏酸的溶度参数结果有效、准确。
Objective: To evaluate the method of determining the solubility parameters of ferulic acid in Buyang Huanwu Decoction by reversed-phase gas chromatography (IGC). Methods: The sample was uniformly coated on the surface of inert support. Using N2 gas as carrier gas and different polar solvents of isopropanol, toluene, benzene, acetone and chloroform as probes, the thermal conductivity detector detector temperature was 150 ℃ , Gasification chamber temperature of 120 ℃, using a similar headspace sampling method, whichever is the air 1μL into the GC measurement, test air and probe molecules in the column retention time t_0, t_R, gas flow F and the pressure difference P_i-P_0 other parameters results. Results: According to the parameters of t_0, t_R, F, P_i-P_0 measured by IGC method, the solubility parameter of ferulic acid was (24.17 ± 1.30) (J / cm3) 1/2 The value is 23.53 (J / cm3) 1/2, and the correlation coefficient is 0.9902. Conclusion: The results of IGC method for determining the solubility of ferulic acid are effective and accurate.
