自1976年至1978年Renaud等和Ckeler等应用超声波断层扫描卵泡的报告以来,已明确以连续测定卵泡直径预测排卵时期具有相当的适用性。本文是作者们对施行体外受精-胚胎移植病例进行了卵泡发育、基础体温(BBT)变化、卵泡液量及体外受精状态的调查,对如何获得排卵前的成熟卵进行了研究。研究对象是1983年1~6月在东北大学附院妇产科接受体外受精-胚胎移植、经超声波断层和腹腔镜能够确认卵泡的28例病人,共53个周期。
Since reports by the American Renaud et al. And Ckeler et al. On the application of TCD scan of follicles from 1976 to 1978, it has been clearly demonstrated that continuous determination of follicular diameter is of considerable applicability in predicting ovulation time. This article is a survey of follicular development, changes in basal body temperature (BBT), follicular fluid volume, and in vitro fertilization status of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer cases and the study of how to obtain mature eggs before ovulation. The object of study was from January to June 1983 in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Northeastern University Affiliated Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology received in vitro fertilization - embryo transfer, ultrasound and laparoscopy to confirm the follicle in 28 patients, a total of 53 cycles.
