徐州机场航站楼为两层框架结构,柱网尺寸为12m×18m,楼盖采用仅在柱上设梁的预应力梁板结构,通过将板中预应力筋集中布置,取代次梁,形成大面积平板,便于管线布置。由于航站楼结构设计荷载大,结构尺寸偏小,给设计和施工带来了困难。本文通过介绍重荷载作用下大跨预应力楼盖的设计与施工过程,对大跨预应力结构的设计要点、构造措施、施工技术及质量控制方法进行总结。
The Xuzhou Airport Terminal Building is a two-story frame structure with a column size of 12m x 18m. The floor cover adopts a prestressed beam and plate structure with beams only on the column. The prestressed tendons in the plate are arranged in a centralized manner to replace the secondary beam. Large area flat plate for easy piping layout. Due to the large design load of the terminal building structure and the small size of the structure, it has brought difficulties to the design and construction. This paper introduces the design and construction process of large-span prestressed floor coverings under heavy loads and summarizes the design points, structural measures, construction techniques and quality control methods of large-span prestressed structures.
