一、书面表达题目（2012年武汉中考）
假如你上周日参加了长江社区的Yard Sale活动，请给你们学校校刊上的English Club 栏目写一篇关于此活动的介绍。
要点如下：
1. 有200多人参加了这次活动；
2. 有的人出售旧物：衣服，玩具，自行车；
3. 有的人出售自制的蛋糕、卡片、书签；
4. 还有的人交换旧书；
5. 请写一至两点关于此次活动的看法。
注意：
词数60-80字，文章的开头已给出，不计入总词数；文中不得透露个人姓名和学校名称。不要逐条翻译。
参考词汇：

二、分析体裁
与元月调考的留言条应用文和四月调考的导游词应用文有所不同，2012年武汉市中考作文果然还是回归到了中规中矩的中考话题式提纲作文,也有点像记事日记类应用文。并且除了第三个要点里的“书签bookmarks”一词可能不太好表达（这个跟2011年武汉中考作文艰难的主题词“房东太太hostress”相似），大体上没有太难的表达。学生易于动笔，只要行文仔细拿高分不是很难。
三、审题
这是一种日记式的报导文章，写自己参加过的某次活动。事情发生在过去，主线时态是一般过去时。有条理表达清楚即可。
One possible version: （共78字）
It was fine last Sunday. I went to the Yard Sale in Changjiang Community. More than 200 people took part in the activity. Some people sold used things such as bikes, toys, and clothes.Others sold cakes, cards, and bookmarks made by themselves. Used books could be exchanged,too. I enjoyed myself there. In my opinion, it was a good activity. We can not only make full of used things, but protect our environment in this way.

不好按自己的常态思维开篇，学生们不妨直接顺着往下写，先写参加了什么活动。“I went to the Yard Sale in Changjiang Community.”
接下来既可以直接写活动具体内容。还可以写常见的句式作为承接“I’d like to talk about something interesting about 主题” 当然也可以写成“I’m willing to talk about something interesting about 主题” 所以成型句子可以是“I’d like to talk about something interesting about it.”至于主题可以直接用简单的“it”代替就行，因为前文有提到就可不赘述。
进入主题内容。第一个要点：“有200多人参加了这次活动”，可以写成“More than 200 people took part in the activity.”
看到要点中文有个“有”字，完全可以用“There be”句型，200多人就是超过200人，也可以用over一词加在数字前，基础较扎实的学生可以用现在分词做后置定语的语法，至于“参加”最好用“take part in”，当然也可以升级为“take an active part in sth.”,所以最终成型句子也可以写成“There were over 200 people taking an active part in the activity.”
第二个要点“有的人出售旧物：衣服，玩具，自行车；“Some people sold used things such as bikes,toys, and clothes.”
旧物，旧的一词有单词提示。稍微升级可以在used things前加一个学过的短语“plenty of”，“lots of”也行。所以可以写成“Some people sold plenty of used things such as bikes,toys, and clothes.”，记得“如”在这里是表示列举不用like，而是用such as更准确。至于“衣服，玩具，自行车”表达顺序没有太大关系，记得把这些物品变成复数就行。
第三个要点“有的人出售自制的蛋糕、卡片、书签” 范文为：“Others sold cakes, cards, and bookmarks made by themselves.”。范文所用made一词其实是用了“动词过去分词做后置定语”的语法。学生们可以明显感觉到“自制的”是一个定语，很多同学会想到要用九年级学过的定语从句，如果能正确表达当然最好，万一基本功不够扎实用错就可惜了。所以我们不妨把此句巧妙转化，写成“Others sold cakes, cards, and bookmarks. Those things are made by themselves.”，用上被动语态的语法也是很不错的想法！ 第四个要点，“还有的人交换旧书。”范文为“Used books could be exchanged， too.”，也可以直接表达众多人中的第三批人“Others could also exchanged used/old books.”。当然，不用other做主语的句子，使用被动语态的范文句子也可以体现句子的灵动性，表现娴熟的文字运用功底。
最后一个要点是常见的抒发个人意见型。“请写一至两点关于此次活动的看法”在表达个人见解前可以适当发挥，写些个人的直接感受如范文“I enjoyed myself here.”或者“I really had a good/great/wonderful time there”。表达个人看法时范文为“In my opinion, it was a good activity. We can not only make full of used things, but protect our environment in this way.”先直接表明这是一种很棒的活动，再说明一下你这么认为的原因。学生如要表达“充分利用旧物”也可以写“make good use of the used things”，只写这样一个原因也是可以的，但如果能够有所思考，上升到一定的思想境界当然最好了。最后注意：如果答题卡空白处允许的话，在抒发个人见解时可以另起一段。

It was fine last Sunday. I went to the Yard Sale in Changjiang Community. I’m willing to talk about something interesting about it. There are over 200 people taking an active part in the activity.
