清代文官考绩制度,主要有京察和大计两种。前者是对在京官员的考绩制度,后者则是对地方官的考绩制度。清初与京察、大计并行,还有考满、朝觐和官员甄别之制。清朝考绩制度也是在明朝基础上,不断探索,几经变动,最终确立起来的。本文着重对清初顺、康、雍、乾四朝在京官员的考绩做详细论述。
Qing civil service performance appraisal system, mainly in Beijing and plan two. The former is a performance appraisal system for officials in Beijing while the latter is a performance appraisal system for local officials. In the early Qing Dynasty and Jingcha, the plan was in parallel with the examination system of examinations, hajj and officials. The performance appraisal system in the Qing Dynasty was also based on the Ming Dynasty and was constantly explored. After several changes, it was eventually established. This article focuses on the performance appraisal of Beijing officials in Shun, Kang, Yong and Qian dynasties in Qing Dynasty in detail.
