房屋安全事关公民的生命财产安全,以及和谐社会的发展。所谓房屋鉴定,是指人们以力学和建筑结构的相关专业知识为基础,根据有关鉴定标准、设计规范等,并利用仪器检测设备,充分结合施工经验以及建筑结构设计内容,检测、计算、分析和论证房屋结构的材料、承载力和损坏原因等。本文以我国房屋安全管理工作的实际境况为依据,阐逑了我国房屋安全鉴定工作的发展现状、工作方法及发展前景,体现了现代房屋安全鉴定的重要性。
