我院收治皮肤粘膜淋巴结综合征(CMLS)15例,其中11例行心脏B超检查,结果报道如下。1 临床资料11例中男9例,女2例。年龄7月～5岁。均符合CMLS诊断标准。发热11例,持续时间9～26天,其中8例体温高于39℃。双眼结膜充血10例;四肢末端硬性水肿10例,甲床皮肤移行处膜样脱皮11例;皮肤红斑9例;11例均有口唇红、干燥及口腔、咽部充血,8例见口唇皲裂及杨莓舌,3例口腔溃疡;颈部淋巴结肿大11例,多以颌下淋巴结肿大为主。此外,尚有肛周脱皮、易激惹、心动过速各8例,心音低钝5例,关节肿痛及颈抵抗感各2例。均有轻度贫血及白细胞增高,白细胞12×10~9～32×10~9/L,以中性为主;
In our hospital, 15 cases of mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome (CMLS) were treated, including 11 cases of cardiac B-ultrasound examination, the results reported below. 1 clinical data in 11 cases, 9 males and 2 females.
