在中、老年人突发意识障碍伴肢体瘫痪时,首先考虑急性脑血管病,但在长期的临床急诊抢救中发现,有不少病人实有低血糖反应。自1990年3月至2000年3月,我院共有27例貌似急性脑血管病的低血糖反应病人入院时误诊,后经血糖检测方才确诊。现将有关资料总结如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料本组27例,男18例,女9例,年龄52岁~80岁,平均65.4岁。其中24例有糖尿病史,9例服优降糖,7例服二甲双胍,5例服达美康,1例服拜糖平加美必达,2例间断服消渴丸。本组27例均有神经系统定位体征,意识障碍6
In the elderly, sudden disturbance of consciousness accompanied by paralysis of the limbs, the first consideration of acute cerebrovascular disease, but in the long-term clinical emergency rescue found that many patients have hypoglycemic reaction. From March 1990 to March 2000, a total of 27 patients with hypoglycaemia who looked like acute cerebrovascular disease were admitted to hospital at the time of misdiagnosis, and only confirmed by blood sugar test. The relevant information is summarized as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information The group of 27 patients, 18 males and 9 females, aged 52 years to 80 years, mean 65.4 years. Among them, 24 cases had history of diabetes mellitus, 9 cases were given hypoglycemic agents, 7 cases metformin, 5 cases metamisol, 1 cases were treated with albicainb, and 2 cases were given Xiaoke Pill intermittently. The group of 27 patients had neurological localization signs, disturbance of consciousness 6
