我国出版传媒集团建设取得了很大成就,在出版业中的地位日益凸显。在极其复杂多变的环境中,高管团队作为最高层在出版传媒集团中的作用越来越大,很大程度上决定了集团整体发展战略、经营绩效及文化使命的实现。运用高层梯队理论和战略管理理论,分析出版传媒集团高管团队的内涵、人口特征、团队互动过程以及战略决策绩效,并构建出复杂动态环境下出版传媒集团高管团队研究的IPO模型框架,是对出版传媒集团高管团队进行系统研究的一次探索。
China’s media group has made great achievements in publishing, publishing industry has become increasingly prominent. In an extremely complicated and volatile environment, the role of senior management team in the publishing media group as a top executive becomes more and more important, which largely determines the overall development strategy, business performance and cultural mission of the Group. Using high-level echelon theory and strategic management theory, this paper analyzes the connotation, demographic characteristics, team interaction process and strategic decision-making performance of executives of publishing media group and builds an IPO model framework for the study of executives of publishing media group in complex and dynamic environment. An exploration into the systematic study of executives of publishing media groups.
