随着市场经济改革的不断深化,劳动争议的表现形式也更为多样化,近年来集体劳动争议尤其多发,但是我国政府相关机构在实践中缺乏对此类问题的有效治理机制。故而本文以集体劳动争议为研究对象,分析借鉴国外发达市场经济国家的治理经验,以构建三方机制为核心,重点分析我国政府处理集体劳动争议的机构和具体机制。
With the continuous deepening of the market economy reform, the forms of labor disputes are also more diversified. In recent years, the collective labor disputes have become more and more serious. However, the relevant government agencies in our country lack the effective governance mechanism for such problems in practice. Therefore, this article takes the collective labor dispute as the research object, analyzes and uses the experiences of the developed countries in developed market economy for reference, takes the construction of the tripartite mechanism as the core, and focuses on the mechanism and specific mechanism of our government in handling collective labor disputes.
