目的探讨进展性缺血性卒中于纤溶系统活性的相关性。方法将发病24h内入院治疗的147例脑梗死患者进行分组,检测进展性卒中患者的组织纤溶酶原激活物(tissue plaminogea ctivator,t-PA)与纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂-1(plaminogne activator inhibitortype-1,PAI-1),与非进展组进行比较;结果进展性卒中神经功能缺失症状加重以24h内最常见,t-PA降低与PAI-1升高是进展性卒中发生的一个重要原因。结论纤溶系统活性下降可能是引起进展性缺血性卒中的重要原因。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the activity of fibrinolytic system and progressive ischemic stroke. Methods One hundred and seventy-seven patients with cerebral infarction admitted to hospital within 24 hours of onset were divided into groups to detect the expression of tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA) and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 1, PAI-1) were compared with those in non-progress group. Results The worsening of neurological deficits in progressive stroke was the most common in 24 h, the decrease of t-PA and the increase of PAI-1 were one of the causes of progressive stroke important reason. Conclusion The decreased activity of fibrinolytic system may be an important cause of progressive ischemic stroke.
