引言 温州蜜柑是栽培较广的无核柑桔种,其无核性是雄性不育所引起,具有重要的经济价值。但是雄性不育性也给一些遗传育种研究带来了障碍,如花粉形态研究以及利用温州蜜柑作为父本的杂交育种研究等。如果能找到一种较为简便的方法,使其育性得到暂时恢复,获得大量花粉,将有助于上述研究工作的开展。 据岩政研究,温州蜜柑雄性败育发生在四分体时期。花粉母细胞减数分裂时出现70.3%的不正常配对现象,也许是雄性败育的原因。15~20℃的温度可促进小孢子的发
