在低密度聚乙烯(以下简称1dPE)生产流程中传统上是采用往复式压缩机以获得所要求的极高压力。现由于生产装置的增大和新工艺的发展,使得离心式压缩机已成为一个可能的选择目标。本文系叙述应用离心式压缩机所必须考虑的一些问题。 1dPE 的正规工业生产大约开始于四分之一世纪以前,很快就传遍全世界。虽然有各种不同的工艺流程,但流程图在主要特征方面是相似的。主要分做两类: (1)釜式反应器方法,一般工作在1,500~2,500巴的压力下。 (2)管式反应器方法,反应器入口压力在2,000~3,000巴之间,或更高一些。
Traditionally, reciprocating compressors have been used in low-density polyethylene (hereinafter referred to as 1dPE) production processes to achieve the extremely high pressures required. Centrifugal compressors have now become a viable option due to the increase in production facilities and the development of new processes. This article describes some of the issues that must be considered when applying centrifugal compressors. The formal industrial production of 1dPE started about a quarter of a century ago and quickly spread all over the world. Although there are a variety of different process flows, the flowcharts are similar in main features. Mainly divided into two categories: (1) tank reactor method, the general work at 1,500 ~ 2,500 bar pressure. (2) Tubular reactor approach, reactor inlet pressure between 2,000 to 3,000 bar, or higher.
