Bokor油田是在马来西亚选择的应用微生物提高采收率 (MEOR)技术的第一个油田。通过产生生物化学剂 (例如生物表面活性剂、溶剂、气体和弱酸 ) ,MEOR技术用微生物加速、增加或延长从油藏中采油。选择该油田的原因是 ,其原油粘度高(4~10cP) ,并且原油的API重度低 (2 0°) ,这导致主要油藏的采收率低 (为原始原油地质储量的 19%~ 2 5 % )。看来这一技术对于该油田是有吸引力的 ,因为最初认为该技术能够降低原油粘度并且提高采收率。此外 ,Bokor油田主要油藏的储层性质符合应用MEOR技术的基本筛选标准。用了 5~ 6个月的时间对试验动态进行了监测 ,发现先导性试验的效果是鼓舞人心的。观测到采油量大幅度增加 ,含水下降 ,证实了应用MEOR技术的效果。这一期间的平均采油量增加了 2 70bbl/d ,相当于采油量增加了 4 7%。
Bokor Field is the first oil field in Malaysia to use MEOR technology. MEOR technology uses microorganisms to accelerate, increase or extend production of oil from a reservoir by generating biochemical agents (eg, biosurfactants, solvents, gases, and weak acids). The reason for choosing this field is its high crude oil viscosity (4 to 10 cP) and low API gravity (20 °) for the crude oil, leading to low recovery of the major reservoirs (19% to 2% of the original crude oil) 5%). It appears that this technique is attractive to the field because it was originally thought to reduce the viscosity of the crude oil and improve recovery. In addition, the reservoir properties of the major reservoirs in the Bokor field are in line with the basic screening criteria for applying MEOR technology. It took 5 to 6 months to monitor the test results and found that the pilot test was encouraging. A substantial increase in oil production and a decrease in water cut have been observed, confirming the effectiveness of MEOR technology. The average oil production during this period increased by 2 70bbl / d, which is equivalent to an increase of 47% in oil production.
