目前,机床主轴孔和车床尾座孔几乎均为锥孔,这就决定了刀具与机床的连接方式必定是锥柄连接,只是锥度不同而已。常用的锥度有:莫氏锥度,公制锥度(均为1:20),还有ISO标准的锥度7:24,也有3:20等等。由于几十年来,所采用的刀具都对机床功率要求不高,锥度连接已完全能满足刚性和可靠性的要求。随着新牌号刀具材料的出现及可转位硬质合金多刃刀具的推广应用,对机床驱动功率及刀具连接刚性有了更高的要求,因此机床与刀具的连接方式,必须有新的结构与之相适应。下面结合国内现有刀柄结构及功能特点,介绍新型的ABS连接—刀柄: 从国内机床厂生产的落地镗床和卧式镗床来看,以镗轴直径φ125~φ160mm为例,主轴孔都是公制8O,并有两个腰形孔A、B见图1,连接特点是:连
