以小剂量链脲佐菌素给大鼠腹腔注射并配合高热量饲料喂饲造成实验性糖尿病，同时给予药物进行治疗。结果表明：左归降糖方对于增高的空腹血糖具有降低作用，且又能抑制糖负荷后血糖的升高。对实验大鼠胰岛功能的影响方面，该方治疗用药后，又有增加胰岛素含量和抑制胰高血糖素升高的作用趋势 A small dose of streptozotocin was injected intraperitoneally in rats and fed with high-calorie diets to cause experimental diabetes, and drugs were given for treatment. The results showed that: Zuo Gui Jiang Tang Fang can reduce the increased fasting blood glucose, and can inhibit the increase of blood glucose after glucose load. In terms of the effect on islet function of experimental rats, this side has a tendency to increase insulin content and inhibit glucagon elevation after treatment.
