为了满足DFB激光器对高稳定性驱动电源的要求,采用数字PID控制,研制了一款基于DSP控制芯片TMS320LF2812的高稳定DFB激光器驱动电路,并对系统进行性能测试实验。实验表明,驱动电源的输出电流与基准电压成线性关系,且线性度达到99.995%。每1小时对系统数据进行采样,连续采样48小时,该系统驱动电流的最大偏差仅为0.0215m A,稳定度优于0.08%,符合设计要求,具有较好的应用前景。
In order to meet the requirement of DFB laser with high stability driving power, a digital PID controller was used to develop a high stability DFB laser driving circuit based on DSP control chip TMS320LF2812. The system performance test was carried out. Experiments show that the output current of the driving power is linear with the reference voltage, and the linearity reaches 99.995%. The system data is sampled every 1 hour and continuously sampled for 48 hours. The maximum deviation of the system driving current is only 0.0215m A, and the stability is better than 0.08%, which meets the design requirements and has a good application prospect.
