本文介绍了一个平衡输入轴惯性扭矩的新方法。此方法将平衡问题转化为一个二杆组的综合问题,使它的运动规律逼近一个由平衡条件导出的函数关系。为了最佳地逼近,我们应用了圆点曲线及由椭圆发生的双波曲线。在文章的后部给出了一个数值例子。计算了原始四杆机构、经摆动力平衡后的机构和经过摆动力及摆动力矩同时平衡后的机构,这三种情况下惯性扭矩均减去80%以上。
This article describes a new way to balance the input shaft inertia torque. This method transforms the balance problem into a two-bar group synthesis problem, which makes its law of motion approach a function derived from equilibrium conditions. For the best approximation, we apply the dot curve and the two-wave curve generated by the ellipse. In the back of the article gives a numerical example. The original four-bar mechanism has been calculated, and the mechanism after the balance of the swing force balances and the mechanism which balances the swing force and the swing moment at the same time. The inertia torque is reduced by more than 80% in all three cases.
