患者　女 ,5 0岁。阴道不规则流血 1年余 ,Ｂ超和ＣＴ发现下腹部肿块 3天 ,以卵巢畸胎瘤诊断而收入院治疗。患者 15年前曾患子宫肌瘤作过手术摘除。近 1个月来感头昏、食欲不佳。心电图检查窦性心律 ,Ｔ波低值。余未发现异常。ＣＴ扫描示 :子宫较大 ,轮廓光滑 ,密度均匀 ,未发 Female patient, 50 years old.
