移动图书馆APP应用是图书馆为用户提供移动服务的一种新模式。文章从我国移动图书馆APP的发展和使用现状出发,基于信息系统持续使用理论(ECM-ISC)分析了用户持续使用移动图书馆APP的意愿和行为机理,通过实证检验揭示了系统质量、信息质量、服务质量、感知有用性、期望确认、感知成本和用户习惯等因素对用户持续使用移动图书馆APP的具体影响。 The Mobile Library APP is a new model for libraries to provide mobile services to users. Based on the current situation of the development and use of mobile library APP in China, this paper analyzes the willingness and behavior mechanism of users’ continuous use of mobile library APP based on the continuous use of information system (ECM-ISC), and reveals the system quality, information quality , Quality of service, perceived usefulness, expectation of confirmation, perceived cost and user’s habits on the continuous use of mobile library APP.
