分别研究了两种溶剂(环己烷和抽余油)对氧的吸附和脱附作用;氧对正丁基锂的反应历程以及对由正丁基锂引发的丁二烯负离子聚合过程的影响。结果表明:直链烃(抽余油)对氧吸附量的增加远大于环状烃(环己烷);氧与正丁基锂的反应比例依氧含量在2~4倍变化;而氧与聚丁二烯锂活性链的反应比例,基本恒定在2左右;并且,随氧含量增加,产物的相对分子质量明显上升,转化率也呈下降趋势。
The adsorption and desorption of oxygen by two solvents (cyclohexane and raffinate) were studied respectively. The reaction process of oxygen with n-butyllithium and the effect on the polymerization of butadiene initiated by n-butyllithium . The results showed that the increase of oxygen uptake by linear hydrocarbons (raffinate oil) was much larger than that of the cyclic hydrocarbon (cyclohexane); the reaction ratio of oxygen to n-butyllithium changed from 2 to 4 times as much as oxygen content; The reaction ratio of polybutadiene lithium active chains is basically constant around 2; and with the increase of oxygen content, the relative molecular mass of the product obviously increases, and the conversion rate also shows a downward trend.
