中药丹参抗心肌缺血的有效成分迄未肯定。张德成等从正品丹参(Salvia miltirrhiza Bunge)分离得丹参-182,化学结构式为β(3,4-二羟基苯基)乳酸,经我们用实验性心肌缺血狗及大白鼠模型证明有效。他们又分离得水溶性的丹参-781,这是和丹参-182类型不同的物质。为了研究丹参的这些成分对冠状动脉的直接作用,我们仿效Ogletree等猫冠脉灌流法原则,制成离体猪冠脉恒速灌流制备,研究了丹参-182等成分及其它抗心绞痛药和钾离子对冠状动脉平滑肌的作用。主要操作过程如下。
The active ingredient of traditional Chinese medicine salvia miltiorrhiza against myocardial ischemia has not been confirmed. Zhang Decheng et al. isolated Salvia miltiorrhiza-182 from Salvia miltirrhiza Bunge and had a chemical structure of β(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)lactate, which proved to be effective when we used experimental myocardial ischemic dogs and rat models. They also separated water-soluble Salvia miltiorrhiza-781, which is a different substance from the Salvia miltiorrhiza-182 type. In order to study the direct effect of these components of Salvia miltiorrhiza on the coronary arteries, we followed the principle of coronary perfusion in cats such as Ogletree to prepare a perfused porcine coronary artery at a constant rate.
