机器人激光再制造中粉末流浓度场的检测

研制了一套低功率、便携、便宜、高精度的粉末流场检测系统,能对激光再制造中同轴送粉条件下金属粉末流浓度场进行检测,能适应激光机器人修复的需要。该系统主要包括532 nm,100 mW半导体激光器,片光透镜,CCD相机和检测分析软件。实验结果表明,该系统对金属粉末流浓度体积分布检测与理论计算结果有较好的一致性,能有效地指导同轴送粉嘴的设计和机器人在激光再制造中粉末流参数的测定。 A set of low power, portable, cheap and high precision powder flow field detection system was developed to detect the concentration field of metal powder under the condition of coaxial powder feeding in laser remanufacturing, which can meet the need of laser robot repair. The system consists of a 532 nm, 100 mW semiconductor laser, a sheet light lens, a CCD camera and detection and analysis software. The experimental results show that this system has a good agreement with the theoretical calculation of the metal powder concentration distribution and can effectively guide the design of the coaxial nozzle and the determination of powder flow parameters in the laser remanufacturing process.
