通过对作用在轴承座上的受力和引起的变形进行分析,运用了工程力学和微分学的知识,从简化的力学模型出发,计算出夹紧力、切削力所引起的综合变形量值。由加工后的轴承座检测得知:受力变形对轴承座的加工精度有很大的影响,对此,改变作用力的位置和大小,获得良好的受力情况,来减小轴承座受力引起的总变形量,依据新的力学模型来合理地设计车夹具的结构,用改进的夹具来加工轴承座,提高了零件的加工精度,获得满意的加工效果。
