基于成人预备期学生法制教育存在的法律认知水平、情感水平和实践能力不高的问题,探索在中小城市中学开展行之有效的法制教育的“学习”、“体验”、“参与”的“知、悟、行”教育模式,重在总结实践层面普遍的可操作性成果,以供中小城市中学借鉴。
Based on the legal cognitive level, the emotional level and the practical abilities of students in legal preparation for adult preparatory period, this paper explores “learning”, “experience” and “learning” in effective legal education in middle and small cities. “Participation ” “knowledge, awareness, practice ” education mode, focusing on the practical aspects of practical results generally for small and medium cities for reference.
