如今,全球化的格局不可逆转,全球各个国家在诸多领域的联系都有所加强,油气资源的商业合作也不例外。油气资源配置的国际化是经济全球化发展的必然结果,随着中国经济快速增长,油气安全的问题也日渐突出,推进油气资源的国际合作是缓解中国油气短缺困境的重要举措。为此,中国要尽快制定面向全球的油气资源国际合作战略,确定其战略重点、战略目标和战略思路,积极推进能源外交,构建多元化、全球化和多渠道的油气供应体系,主动地迎接全球化给我们带来的挑战,更应在这个过程中完善自我,稳准狠的抓住商业机遇,实现突破发展。
Nowadays, the pattern of globalization is irreversible. The links between various countries in the world are strengthened in many fields. The commercial cooperation of oil and gas resources is no exception. The internationalization of oil and gas resources allocation is an inevitable result of the economic globalization. With the rapid economic growth in China, the issue of oil and gas safety has become increasingly prominent. The promotion of international cooperation in oil and gas resources is an important measure to alleviate the oil and gas shortage in China. To this end, China should formulate a global strategy for international cooperation in oil and gas resources as soon as possible, identify its strategic priorities, strategic objectives and strategic thinking, actively promote energy diplomacy, and build a diversified, globalized and multi-channel oil and gas supply system. The challenges that we have brought to our country should be more perfection in this process. We should seize the business opportunities and achieve breakthroughs in development.
