技术创新是医院现代化建设的核心动力。通过十家三级医院的专题调研 ,分析医院技术创新现状 ,探讨技术创新与医院现代化发展的内在关系 ,为新世纪医院发展走技术创新之路提供依据和措施 :现代化医院需要技术创新的再教育 ;需要不断的技术创新 ;需要具有创新能力的专家和重点专科 ;需要技术创新的配套政策 ;需要探索有利于技术创新的机制 ;需要创立新的技术创新体系。
Technological innovation is the core driving force for hospital modernization. Through the special investigation of 10 tertiary hospitals, the status quo of technological innovation in hospitals was analyzed, and the intrinsic relationship between technological innovation and the modernization of hospitals was explored to provide basis and measures for the road to technological innovation in the development of hospitals in the new century. Modern hospitals need reeducation of technological innovation The need for continuous technological innovation; the need for innovative experts and key specialists; supporting policies for technological innovation; the need to explore mechanisms conducive to technological innovation; need to create a new technological innovation system.
