目的探讨重庆地区视黄醇结合蛋白4(RBP4)基因多态性与2型糖尿病(T2DM)及临床表型的关联性。方法运用基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF-MS)技术检测中国重庆地区335例无亲缘关系的人群(T2DM患者184例,正常对照151名)中RBP4基因rs17484721和rs3758539多态性。结果 RBP4基因rs17484721和rs3758539位点多态性在糖尿病和对照组之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。糖尿病组rs17484721AA基因型携带者的HOMA2IR值明显高于其他基因型(ANCOVA=5.181,P<0.05),rs3758539GA+AA基因型携带者的空腹血糖值明显高于GG基因型(ANCOVA=6.246,P<0.05)。结论中国汉族人群中RBP4基因多态性可能与T2DM相关。
Objective To investigate the association of retinol binding protein 4 (RBP4) gene polymorphism with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and its clinical phenotype in Chongqing. Methods The polymorphisms of rs17484721 and rs3758539 of RBP4 gene in 335 unrelated patients (184 in T2DM patients and 151 normal controls) in Chongqing, China were detected using matrix-assisted laser desorption / ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS) Results There was no significant difference between RBP4 rs17484721 and rs3758539 polymorphisms in diabetes mellitus and controls (P> 0.05). The HOMA2IR values of rs17484721AA genotype carriers in diabetic group were significantly higher than those in other genotypes (ANCOVA = 5.181, P <0.05). The fasting blood glucose of rs3758539GA + AA carriers was significantly higher than that of GG genotypes (ANCOVA = 6.246, P < 0.05). Conclusion The polymorphism of RBP4 gene in Chinese Han population may be related to T2DM.
